The strategy reviewed, consolidated and built on existing material and approaches and extended the scope of activities – including customer research to benchmark current awareness levels – to help develop a customer communication and engagement strategy to effectively promote behaviour change.
Tim Bagnall, Waste Services Manager at Southern Water said: “We used Create 51 on our FOG and flushables project because of their knowledge of the water industry and their proven track record in previous work with us.
